1. Refund Policy
- If the product is more than 50% defective due to manufacturing issues and all delivered pieces are damaged, we will refund 80% of the total order value.
- If the damage is caused by the delivery partner, we will refund 30% of the total order value.
- No refunds will be issued for minor defects that do not affect the usability of the product.
2. Return Policy
- Returns will only be accepted if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images and details of the defect.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Custom or personalized packaging products cannot be returned unless they are completely damaged due to manufacturing defects.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Replacement Policy
- If a product is found to be defective but does not meet the refund criteria, we may offer a replacement depending on stock availability.
- Replacements will be processed only after reviewing the submitted complaint and verifying the issue.
5. Shipping and Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
